Description:
Spalding estate agent Sedge Homes has said it has enjoyed one of its best months after moving from its town centre shop to new premises.A lack of customer parking and lower customer footfall on Spalding's market days were two of the reasons behind the decision to move from Market Place to the former DGM Properties office on the corner of Double Street and Westlode Street.
The new office is much larger and has reception areas for clients and more window space to display properties.
Sales manager Karen Elvin said: "This month has been one of our best. We have been working closely with Jelson Homes and we are also in the process of working with Broadgate and Allison Homes.
"We now have a purpose built place for customers to come and sit on sofas so they can look at portfolio folders."
