Improvements to Spalding's social care

Spalding's social care service is to get a new look as improvements are carried out to the reception area at St Nicolas Hall.

Lincolnshire County Council has decided to carry out the work at the hall, in The Vista, Spalding, so it can improve the range of adult and child social care services it offers at the site.

From next spring, customers will see an improved reception area with new meeting areas, and a layout designed to be more accessible to customers.

The essential works mean that the reception will have to close from December 22 and are due to reopen in March 2009.
