Free South Holland Centre theatre tickets for Spalding's young people

South Holland Centre is offering free tickets to young people in Spalding under a new scheme aimed at making theatre more accessible.

Those aged under 26 in Spalding and South Holland can sign up for the Night Less Ordinary scheme, which will see 618,000 free tickets provided across the country in more than 200 venues.

The South Holland Centre in Spalding is the only venue in the South Holland district participating in the Arts Council England project and is urging all those who are eligible to sign up to see a wide range of entertainment on offer, including dance, plays, music, comedy and drama.

Those who sign up will also be informed of all the latest events to come to the South Holland Centre.

Some of the shows for which free tickets are available now include Four Girls/Four Harps, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, a classic tale set in the court of King Arthur, Shift, involving young dancers from across the region, and Boxin, a night of exciting and extreme hip-hop and parkour from a young dance troupe.

Other events with limited free tickets available are: Giraffes Can't Dance, Les Miserables school edition, Ladies Day, Martyn Joseph & Stewart Henderson, Bouncers, A Chorus Line, Jongleurs on the Road, Boogie Pete Live, Gary Perkins & The Breeze, Ian Shaw & Guy Barker.
