Lincolnshire Police are warning homeowners across the Spalding area to be extra vigilant after a spate of daytime burglaries across South Holland.Offenders broke in through an external door and then forced a locked internal door at a house in Station Road, Gedney Hill, between 11am and 2.30pm on April 1. It is not yet clear if anything was stolen.
A property in Broadgate, Whaplode Drove, was also burgled between 2pm and 3pm on April 1. Offenders forced open a back door causing £200 of damage. Again, it is not yet clear if anything has been stolen.
And offenders broke into a house at Back Bank, Whaplode Drove, between 2pm and 5pm on the same day. The offenders broke in through a back bedroom window and stole £300 cash and caused £100 damage to the window.
A pale blue Audi with 08 plates was seen in the area of both the Whaplode Drove burglaries.
Police are appealing for information on this vehicle and any suspicious activity in these areas in the afternoon/early evening.

Police are also appealing for information after a safe was stolen from a house in Hospital Road, Sutton Bridge, sometime between 7.30am and 4.30pm on April 1.
Offenders smashed a window with a garden spade and ransacked the house. They stole a safe from a cupboard containing about £1,500 cash, passports and rifle ammunition rounds.
